Orders
Orders received by noon Monday through Friday are processed and shipped by close of the following business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed as though received the following business day.
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed, and an e-mail receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provide.
Tax
The tax rate of 8.25% is charged to our Texas customers.
Shipping
The default shipping method is UPS ground. Other choices for shipping are UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. You may view the cost options per shipping method on the billing section of checkout. An email tracking notification will be sent to the email address you provide when the item is processed for shipping.
When you place your order, your total will reflect anticipated shipping costs. Your actual shipping costs may be more or less than this amount. Your invoice will be adjusted if needed to cover these costs, and an updated invoice email will be sent to you. A handling fee of $3.50 will also be reflected in shipping costs.

Returns
Sometimes when a customer receives an item ordered, it does not arrive as expected. It might be too big, too small, or the wrong color. We are here to help.
We can process your replacement item while waiting to receive your return item (this will result in a second item charged to you and a refund processed upon receipt of the returned item), or we can process your return when received and send a replacement to you (no second item charged to your credit card).
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of items in good repair, less shipping charges. Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the item. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
